Analysis of the As-Is situation for a waste management public operator in order to define the
main streams of re-organisation and restructuring phase.
Obtained Results: analyzed the different company’s businesses and its organization in its branches

Healthcare and Research Institute.
Obtained Results: the overall outpatient lead time has been centered, reducing the variability,
around the target value, streamlined the patients flows, increasing by 20% the outpatient’s

Siemens Mobile (Global player of mobile phone infrastructure production):
I was in a team having a strategic role in the process improvement activities of the Siemens Mobile
Networks. I contributed to the improvement of the R&D processes defining scope and methodologies
to be deployed in order to reach the improvements.
Obtained Results: the R&D Processes of the Siemens Mobile Networks Branch have been
streamlined and focused on business objectives
Being as link between the Italian Site and the International Cross Functional Teams within
Siemens Mobile, I outlined the activities that succeeded in the process improvement.
Obtained Results: 15 % increase of the anticipated detection and correction of the errors and
design defects, and reduction of the overall development cycle time
Edison Group (Milano): maintenance and Improvement of SAP “Material Management” Module.
Obtained Results: I helped the end users during their first use of the SAP system, designed
and successfully implemented improvements to the system
Italian branch of the Cambrex Group (Milano) (global producer of active pharmaceutical ingredients):
validation of the Information System according to the American Quality System “Food and Drug
Administration”.
Obtained Results: The Information System validated and harmonized with the company’s procedures
within the agreed time and budget (I was the Project Manager)
