Responsible for the full recruitment process for the new IT & RISK organisation. From plan to execution. We where able to fill 120 positions in 6 months time. 40% internal 60% external hires. From 08/2012 the IT RISK organisation was added in the scope of the project.

CVC an investment company aquired Schuitema and decided that recruitment would be outsourced completely. I was responsible for the transition while maintaining the hiring levels. Managed a team of 4 FTE recruiters and did the franshise recruitment and senior management positions myself

Building the recruitment site and strategy. Recruitment of staff for this pay-roll division. From sales to pay-roll and IT specialists.

12-2007/09-2008 Schuitma NV (owner of C-1000 supermakt chain) Project Manager Recruitment.
Writing and execution of the project plan (hiring 45 professionals in 4 months) Budget and project team responsible (4 FTE). Due to the succes of the project Schuitema asked us to take over recruitment for the full organisation (Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Finance and HR). Working towards a ful RPO. When CVC aquired Schuitema those plans where put on hold till early 2009.

05-2007/10-2007 KLM Recruitment Services Sr. IT Recruiter Improvement project with the goal to hire 30 JAVA/Unix specialist. Time to fill was at the start 9 months average. Through process design, managment through measurement and pushing agendas I was able to bring this back to 3 monhts. Hired 20 specialists in 5 months time.

04-2006/04-2007 ING Divisie Intermediair Sr. Recruiter Recruitment for staff roles (Finance, IT and HR)

One of the projects we executed was hiring and training the best team of project managers (25)and business analists (25). This team was going to be responsble for the making NN a digital company.

07-2005/03-2006 ABN/AMRO IT Recruitment Manager global process outsourcing

ABN/Amro outsourced her IT organisations to IBM and Tata consulting and together with the global program manager we wrote the staffing project plan. Managed the execution of this plan in the Netherlands (internal selection, recruitment of new positions). Staffed and managed the project team.

My career started in sales roles 1989. (FMCG sales, Telemarketeer in the publishing world, new business accountmanager in copy machines). I started my recruitment career in 1994 when I moved to START Temp agency and joined their management program. My last permanent role was European Marketing and PR Manager for Shira Europe BV, an Israeli based software house for the publishing industry.
