I have experience of department and project management. I am experienced at leading a team of blue and white-collar workers. I am an experienced skills coach and have lead staff appraisals and project reviews. I lead by motivation and example. I have made project proposal that I have successfully won and managed the project implementation. I have set and successfully managed annual department budgets.
Planning / Target setting:
Based on lean manufacturing principles, I have a strong customer focus on every activity. I listen to the needs of my customer, actively ask questions and gather data and define activity targets before making a detailed plan.
Innovation:
