Wall-to-wall analysis of two sites during period of rising polyolefin prices. Company suffered from the extensive product assortment, causing large stocks and short production runs.

Reference standards for medical analyses had to be developed & measured; as a base for medical diagnosis & treatments and for capacity calculations for a new to build hospital.

2004, CORUS Cokes Factories (NL), Maintenance Reorganisation
Full business analysis of cokes production was carried out to explore saving opportunities. Saving potential of €12 mln. was identified for the outsourced maintenance.
