Columbus IT Partner/AS is a Navision (ERP) system integrator, listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, located in 28 countries, approx. 1200 employees (www.columbusit.com)

Responsibility for worldwide sales, including cross border sales, for approx. Euro 100 million per year. Taken care of nice regular international order inflow, including some huge contracts. Changed cross border go-to-market model through restructuring process and changed internal compensation rules. (written International sales handbook).
Member of the International management committee and member of the board in 5 countries.

1997-2001 Columbus IT Partner B.V., Vianen
Managing Director (founder and shareholder)
Start-up as a two-persons subsidiary from Columbus IT Partner/AS in 1997,
Stable growth in 5 years to 60 employees, 120 customers and a turnover of
Euro 5 million. Every year increasing profitability. After having sold the
Dutch shares in 2000 to Columbus IT Partner/AS, it was decided to stay
until the beginning of 2002.

Exceeded targets every year and was by far most successful country for years. Made every year, except for 1997 (year of start-up), a pre-tax result between 15% and 25% of the revenue.






1996-1997 IBM Nederland NV
Sales Manager of software division ( sales target Euro 150 Million)
Responsible for the sales of all IBM Netherlands software products, except Lotus. Manager of approximately 25 employees.


1994- 1995 IBM Nederland NV
Marketing development & change manager.
Responsible for the creation, launch and success of new product-market combinations for the Dutch SME market, including launch of partner channel for indirect sales. Creator and driver of market segmentation and frontrunner of integrated solutions for Industry, Trade and Retail.
This model has been adopted later for several years on a worldwide base.
Manager of approximately 25 employees.

Exceeded every year 100% target, except for 1989.
