• End responsible for a team of up to 20 Fte’s, responsible and accountable for a total financed real estate budget of €1,6 billion. The team is responsible to revise and re-forecast the client real estate financed budget, act proactively and be a key communication node between Legal and Account Management.
• Initiated strategic discussion with Management Board to review international roll-out.
• Improved and implement new financing processes and ICT systems.
• End responsible for profit and portfolio management.

• Injecting and managing the Network Planning Cycle.
• Facilitated and formalized the move to production/hand over of all systems to the Network and IT Operations department.
• Followed up the Network Solutions performance (all KPI’s) and objectives and report them to the Network Solution Director (NSD) and CTO.

Led a team (8 persons) responsible for acquisition, safety and additional construction of GSM sites. Report to the Network Expansion Director (NED) and CTO.
• Assisting the NED: Monitoring and budget control for site construction (€120 mln/year).
• Acquisition of site construction (Internal and external co-ordination with Managers and implementation of strategy into departments).
• Consultation with regional managers and site engineers on technical aspects of site construction.
